Booking & Deposits
Once you have registered your interest a member of our team will be in touch to discuss your enquiry. Once the restaurant has confirmed availability for the reservations, only parties of 10 or more guests will be asked to pay a non-refundable deposit of £5 per person. This deposit is required to confirm the reservation.
When your reservation has been confirmed, parties of 10 or more guests will be required to pre-order from our group menu. Pre-order forms are available on request.
For the majority of the year, parties of less than 10 guests are able to order from the main menu and no deposit or pre-order will be required. When our Christmas menu begins we will ask for a £5 deposit per person to secure your booking. No pre order is required unless it is for a group of ten or more.
Parties of 1-9 £5 deposit per person – no pre order required
Parties of 10 or more – £10 deposit per person – pre order required

CANCELLATION & CHANGES
In the event of cancellation of your booking please notify us at your earliest convenience. Should you wish to change in the number of guests, we require 1 weeks’ notice before the reservation date.
Ticketed events must be paid for in advance and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
All deposits and ticketed events are non-refundable and non-transferable but in the event of a Government imposed lockdown where we are not allowed to open we will issue gift vouchers which will be valid for all areas of the business including the restaurant, gift centre, nursery and boutique.
Pre-orders are required 2 weeks in advance of your booking.
No changes of choices will be accepted within 7 days of the reservation.
We advise organisers to bring a copy of individual orders for their own reference.
To accommodate larger parties it may be necessary to seat at more than one table.
We would recommend a 10% service charge. This is entirely optional and nothing will be added to your bill. Any given is solely paid to the staff working on that day/evening.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing with The Case, payment for a function must be made in full at the end of the function. Cash and all major credit cards are accepted, Cheques will not be accepted on the night. Value Added Tax is included in all prices, at the current rate.
Ticketed events must be paid for in advance.
BRING YOUR OWN POLICY
As we are not a licenced restaurant we operate a BYO policy. Corkage charge will apply.
If you leave the building to smoke, in the interests of safety we request that you do not take any glassware or drinks outside with you due to spillage or breakage.
The customer will be liable for the cost of repairs or replacement as a result of any damage caused to any part of the restaurant.
The restaurant does not accept any liability for the loss or damage of any equipment or personal belongings brought onto the premises.
The restaurant, whilst taking every care to honour commitments, reserves the right to amend and/or alter any part of our programme, and regret that we cannot accept liability for errors, omissions or cancellations.
Over-run of normal service hours will be charged if other bookings, staffing and closing times dictate. The Management reserves the right to refuse admission and to escort any guest off the premises whose behaviour is regarded as inappropriate.
